CO-OPERATION AGREEMENT LINKS UK AND BRAZIL

A co-operation agreement has been signed between commercial consultancy B2M Limited based in Aberdeen, Scotland and Alan Sinclair & Associates based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The companies have created the link up to offer advice on market entry to both the Brazil market and the UK and European markets.

B2M Limited offers a wide range of business advice including export and business development strategy, advice on joint ventures, agencies, distributorships, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and risk management advice. The company was established by Colin Watson in 2002. Colin spent a number of years as a legal adviser at the John Wood Group the international energy services company and prior to that as a partner in an established Aberdeen commercial law practice.

Alan Sinclair is a former Regional Executive for South America of Rolls-Royce PLC, the global aerospace, energy and marine company, and Managing Director of its subsidiary, Rolls-Royce Brazil Ltda. His working career has enabled him to acquire unrivalled knowledge of the South American market place, particularly in relation to business development, selling and operations. Alan has lived in Brazil for over 30 years.

Commenting on the establishment of the co-operation agreement Colin Watson said, “We can now offer unrivalled in-country commercial support and consultancy services for UK and European companies looking to the Brazilian market. We are currently in discussions with several companies with a view to assisting them in developing the Brazilian market.”

B2M and Alan Sinclair Associates both have extensive experience of energy related markets and in particular of the turbo-machinery market. However both companies provide advice on the full range of commercial agreement issues and market positioning.
