Nigerian oil and gas opportunities

The British High Commission Commercial Office in Port Harcourt has supplied details of the following current Nigerian oil and gas tender opportunities which are currently on invitation for pre-qualification:

Brass LNG Limited: engineering procurement and construction contract (EPC) for site preparation, a construction dock, construction camp and other related facilities for setting up its LNG plant at Brass Island in Bayelsa state.

Elf Petroleum Nigeria : engineering procurement construction offshore hook-up and commissioning of OFQ living quarters platform topside in Block OML 102 OFON Phase II

Scope: OFQ topside will have preliminarily weight of 3000mT and preliminary internal surface area of 5000sqm; consist of 8 levels to accommodate offices, cabins, central control room and restaurant area, social and utility areas.

Lump-sum contract to be awarded for project management, performance of all studies, procurement and supply of equipment and bulk materials, construction pre and onshore commissioning loading out and sea fastening onto transport barge, offshore and hook-up and commissioning.

Closing date 29/12/05

Engineering procurement, construction and offshore installation of infield pipelines and gas export pipeline as well as offshore installation of bridges, 3 wellhead platforms and optionally the living quarters on OML 102 OFON Phase II

Scope: lump-sum contract for project management, detailed installation engineering, procurement and supply of pipelines and cables, transport of pipelines, cables, platform jackets and decks and bridges, offshore commissioning of pipelines and cables.

Engineering Procurement Construction, OFQ Jacket and OFT Tripod and 3 access bridge block OML 102 Offshore Nigeria- OFON Phase II

Scope: 3 drilling platforms top deck, jacket, and piles of OFQ and jacket and piles. 3 platforms interconnecting tripod jacket and piles.
